Two things, and nothing else. First, what you type into a form: your name, email, phone number and your answers about the work you need. The lawful basis is your consent — the tick box on the form, which is never pre-ticked, and which we keep a record of. We use those details to reply to your enquiry and to prepare for the call.

Second, if you allow it, anonymised usage measurement: which pages were opened, which buttons were pressed, how far down a page people read. The lawful basis is again your consent, given through the cookie banner. Decline it and no measurement script is loaded at all — not loaded and blocked, simply never requested.

You have the right to be told what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will act within seven days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Whether Techmode is registered with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner as a data controller is an administrative matter the business is working through; this page will state the position once it is settled rather than imply one.

This site runs on Vercel in the EU (Frankfurt) region, and enquiries are delivered by email and to a private spreadsheet held in Google Workspace. We do not claim Kenyan data residency, because it would not be true.

Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your choice on the banner. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and marketing cookies are only set if you turn them on. You can change your mind whenever you like — clear this site's storage in your browser and the banner will ask again.
