What is AI automation, in plain terms?
It is software that carries out a task you would otherwise pay a person to repeat — reading a document and pulling the numbers out, answering a common question, scoring an enquiry. It follows rules you agree in advance, and hands anything unusual to a human.
Will this replace my staff?
Not in the projects we take on. The work we automate is the work nobody wanted: retyping, chasing, formatting. The intent is to give the same team more capacity, and every automation we build has an escalation path to a person.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
You decide up front what it is allowed to do alone and what it must escalate. Low-confidence cases go to a human queue with the reason attached. Every automated action is logged, so a wrong one can be found and reversed.
Does my data get sent to an AI company?
Only if you agree to it, and only what the task needs. Where the data is sensitive we scope the design around that from the start — redaction before the model sees anything, or a model that runs in an environment you control. It is a decision we make with you, not for you.
