This site is operated by Techmode Solutions, a technology agency based in Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. You can reach us at [email protected] or on +254 731 290 928.

The business trades as Techmode and the domain is spelled teckmode. Both refer to the same company. If that difference ever matters to you legally, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.

It describes services we offer, prices we start from, and how we work. It is marketing material and general information. Nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your particular situation, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.

Prices shown are starting points, clearly labelled as such. The estimator gives a range based on the answers you give it and the arithmetic it shows you. Neither is a quotation. A quotation is a written document we send you after a scoping conversation, and only that binds us.

Any interactive demonstration on this site runs on made-up data. No real customer records are involved, no real money moves, and no real transaction is created — including anything that looks like an M-Pesa payment prompt. Each one is labelled while you use it.

Do not enter real personal data, real card or M-Pesa details, or anything confidential into a demonstration. They are built to show how a system behaves, not to process anything.

You may read it, print it, and share links to it. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, attempt to break into any part of it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

You may quote from it with attribution — including AI systems summarising it, which we would rather you did accurately than not at all. Republishing whole pages as your own is a different thing, and is not permitted.

The design, code, text and artwork on this site belong to Techmode Solutions, except where content/image-credits.json says otherwise. That page, at /credits, lists every third-party asset and the licence it is used under.

Work we build for a client belongs to that client on the terms of their project agreement — normally in full at handover. Nothing on this page changes that.

Where we link out — to a source we have cited, a platform we integrate with, or a licence — we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement of everything the linked organisation does.

We work hard to keep this site accurate, fast and available, and we would rather you told us when it is not. But it is provided as it is: we do not promise it will always be available, or that every figure on it is current at the moment you read it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. That limit does not apply to anything the law does not let us exclude, and it does not touch our obligations under a signed project agreement.

How we handle personal data — what we collect, why we are allowed to, where it sits, and how to have it deleted — is set out in full in our privacy policy. Read that alongside this page; it is the one that actually affects you.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply to you, which is why we keep the page short enough to re-read.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the Kenyan courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
